What about oil spills in the parking lot or my driveway?
Our best defense is having everyone properly trained on how to do an oil change. Next we use oversize drain pans to catch all the oil that it being drained from your vechile. We also lay down a large spill matt that has rubber backing and an oil absorbent material on the top to keep oil from getting to the ground. Also, we carry an emergency spill kit just in case.
What if the weather is bad, if it’s raining or snowing?
We will work in the rain and snow. In the event of severe weather (snow storms, violent thunderstorms) we will contact you about rescheduling at another time.
Do we carry insurance?
Yes, we carry insurance with $1 million in coverage.
What do you do with the old oil and filter?
All old material is recycled with approved recyclers.
Do I need to be present when you are changing my oil?
No, you need not be present when we do an oil change. We will make arrangements at the time of scheduling to pick up your keys and payment.
How soon can you service my vehicle?
It depends on where we are on a partiuclar day and where you are located. Most times we are able to have your service scheduled and complete in the next day or two.
How do I pay for my oil change?
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, & Discover.
Will I need to use your facilties?
No, our vans come completely outfitted to do the oil change where the vehicle sits.
What about before and after hours appointments?
Being that I am a full mobile service I am able to accomidate you scheduling needs. We can discuss what your needs are and how I can service your vehicles without you having to change your schedule at all.
